The official recipe calls for Yellow Chartreuse. However, there's a shortage at the moment, and it's difficult to obtain. Strega is a perfect substitute!

Ingredients
- 1oz (30ml) Mezcal
- 1oz (30ml) Aperol
- 1oz (30ml) Yellow Chartreuse / Strega (substitute)
- 1oz (30ml) Lime juice
- Ice
Directions
- Add several ice cubes to a cocktail shaker
- Add ingredients to the shaker
- Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds
- Strain into cocktail glass
