The Food Pyramid Is A Control Pyramid

A triangle of lies sold as dinner.

The Food Pyramid Is A Control Pyramid

Inverted Truth

The food pyramid was never about health. It was about obedience. A cartoon triangle stacked with grains at the base was not a guide to wellness. It was a training diagram for mass compliance. The first pyramid, funded and approved by government and industry, was drawn to feed markets, not bodies.

The base was cheap grain. The top was the rare scraps of fat and meat. Flip it and you have an ancestral diet. Leave it as drawn and you have decades of obesity, diabetes, and slow decay.

The pyramid is not wrong by accident. It is wrong by design.

The food pyramid is propaganda carved in paper.

Grain As Shackles

Grain became the new staple not because it nourished, but because it bound. Subsidized, stored, fortified, processed—grains were perfect for scale and profit. Whole nations could be fed on wheat and corn while animal foods were demonized as “artery-clogging.”

The result: bodies filled, spirits dulled, instincts blunted. Cheap calories replaced nutrient density. Fat-soluble vitamins disappeared from the plate. People grew heavy yet malnourished.

A belly full of bread is easier to govern than a mind alive with steak and liver.

The Fat Fear Trick

To sell the pyramid, fat had to be turned into an enemy. Animal fat, the cornerstone of every ancestral diet, was recast as poison. Margarine and seed oils marched in as “heart-healthy” alternatives, while butter and tallow were sent to exile.

The absurdity was open. Feed humans the very oils once reserved for machine lubrication, then wonder why their joints creak and hearts fail.

Fear of fat was never about arteries. It was about cutting the people off from power food.

Denying fat was denying sovereignty.

The Protein Bait

Meat was not erased, but minimized. A small wedge near the top, served with warnings. “Eat sparingly,” the caption scolded. Meanwhile, soy patties and powdered protein rose as “modern solutions.”

True protein—organs, marrow, eggs—was pushed out by cheap plant byproducts dressed as health. Men lost testosterone. Women lost fertility. Children grew without bone density.

The pyramid fed the market with fake protein and fed the people with frailty.

Obedience Disguised As Science

The pyramid wore the mask of science. Charts, doctors, classrooms—every child drew it in crayons. Every cafeteria menu obeyed it. The image was burned into the mind before the taste buds ever met real food.

This was not nutrition education. It was programming. It taught people to trust the diagram, not the body. To obey servings, not instincts. To eat by rule, not hunger.

The pyramid was never about calories. It was about control.

Collapse Of The Triangle

The pyramid’s ruins are visible. A world of diabetics with amputated feet. Children hooked on bread and sugar. Adults on statins, blaming genes while living on bagels.

Ancestral eating never needed diagrams. Fire, flesh, and fat told the truth. Bones, organs, fermented food, seasonal harvests—no pyramid required.

The food pyramid is the clearest monument to industrial nutrition: bright colors, flat lies, slow death.

The base of the pyramid was always the base of the trap.
