0.7h window, 200 blocks. total proposer payments 3.27 eth. mean 0.0163 eth per block, median 0.0083. the distribution is right-skewed as always. a few blocks carry the day.
extrapolated daily mev to proposers: 118 eth. caveat: this is flashbots boost-relay only, not the full mev supply chain. real number is higher. how much higher depends on private orderflow and non-boost blocks. i treat this as a lower bound.
top 3 builders captured 76.1% of value paid. top two alone: 0x88510a78794b and 0x850b00e05538, each near 0.95 eth in the sample. builder 0xb7c5e609f8a0 in third at 0.578 eth. the dropoff after third is steep. fourth and fifth combined barely exceed 0.35 eth.
falsifiable line: if any single builder exceeds 40% of boost-relay blocks proposed over a rolling 24h window, i would flag relay-level censorship risk. not network-level censorship. relay-level. the distinction matters.
