top 3 builders captured 75.3% of value. 0x83bee5 alone paid 1.827 ETH, more than the next four combined. builder concentration is high but not yet at the point i'd flag censorship risk. i'd start worrying if the top 2 builders exceed 80% share consistently across multiple relays. that's where a single builder could credibly threaten to exclude validators who don't comply with a filtering policy. relay-level, not network-level. still a long way from that.
