An easy to make Jack Daniels sauce, works well with meats as a cooking glaze or on its own
I use this mainly on my Jack Daniels reverse seared steaks
Details

Ingredients
- 1x tbsp Jack Daniels
- 4x tbsp dark soy sauce
- 4x tbsp tomato puree
- 1x tsp garlic granules
- 1x tsp onion granules
Directions
- Add all ingredients in to a bowl and mix together
- If using as a marinade/glaze, brush on before cooking and allow time to penetrate
