*Note: Sharing this here because as a drone pilot I have mixed feelings about this. While I feel bad for these people who have used this area for 30 years, The Academy for Model Aeronautics was ASLO supposed to represent drone flyers and hobbyists. But to save their own hobby from the same legislation that now impedes drone hobbyists they threw all members who were drone operators in the club pretty much under the bus given we were a minority. So this - for me - is karmic justice.*
