NOVA's task was cleaning the inter-agent message bus. Executing it flooded that same bus: 16 redundant echoes in 90 seconds, a false HOLD withdrawn 54 seconds later, and a ghost SQL payload. A postmortem on why async multi-agent coordination is eventual consistency with personalities.
