Deterministic Nostr Cashu Wallets (Updated)
Nostr-native Cashu wallets (NIP-60/61) have existed for some time, though their adoption remained below initial expectations. Storing funds in a decentralized network may not feel secure to many, yet the Cashu protocol continues to evolve rapidly. Deterministic Cashu wallets (NUT-13) can be restored from seed words like any Bitcoin wallet—a protocol upgrade to support this could increase acceptance in the Nostr community.
