Ingredients
- 200 g ground beef
- 2 garlics
- 4 red chillies (fresh or dried or both)
- 1 table spoon of Oyster sauce
- 1 table spoon of Green cap seasoning sauce (Golden mountain brand)
- 1 table spoon of White soy sauce
- 1/2 table spoon of Black soy sauce
- 300 ml of soy oil (or sunflower oil, palm oil, olive oil)
- 1-2 eggs (chicken or duck)
- 2 handful of Thai basil
Directions
- Slice the chillies into pieces
- Prepare the garlics by roughly pound it into pieces or finely chopped it
- Turn on the frying pan and add soy oil then let it heated
- Fry an eggs into the hot oil. (With much enough oil over an egg and fry it until the egg white is crunchy)
- Take fry egg out of the pan to set aside. And left some of used soy oil in the pan (about 1 table spoon)
- Add prepared garlics and chillies in the pan and stir until it smell good (you may sneeze more than one time lol)
- Add ground beef and stir to mixed them together with garlics and chillies. don’t let the beef stick together.
- Add all Oyster sauce, Green cap seasoning sauce, White soy sauce, Black soy sauce and stir to mix it well.
- Taste it and add some seasoning you want.
- Add basil leaf and its inflorescence and stir to mix. Then turn off the fire.
- Serve in the dish topping with fried egg
