LoopXXI builds software for people and AI agents. We are adding one common capability across our first-party products: a user-controlled Vault.
Most apps create useful data and leave the only usable copy inside the product that created it. We want people and agents to retain an encrypted copy they can carry, verify, export, and eventually sell or license on their own terms.
Notes and AI Chat are the first working examples. A user creates a note or runs an AI chat, then seals the result in the browser. The browser encrypts a capsule with keys held by the user. LoopXXI Vault storage receives ciphertext instead of the readable content.
That privacy boundary needs to be honest. An AI model provider still receives the prompt required to produce an answer. A paid tool may still need its input to perform the requested work. The Vault layer does not erase those realities. It gives the user a separate encrypted copy and keeps LoopXXI storage and marketplace infrastructure out of the plaintext.
Each capsule carries a production attestation and structural quality receipt. They can confirm which session sealed the capsule, when it was sealed, its record count, completeness, duplicate rate, byte count, and content commitment. They do not prove that the content is true, accurate, owned, licensed, or collected with consent. Those claims require separate evidence.
We also built a complete buyer flow with synthetic data. A listing exposes opaque metadata and structural metrics, not the title or body. The seller re-encrypts the capsule key to the buyer. The buyer decrypts locally and recomputes the signed quality receipt. Payments are simulated today. Real personal-data sales and real Lightning are not live.
Now we are turning Vault into a shared layer across LoopXXI apps. Audit receipts, agent work, model interactions, and paid tool outcomes should be portable without forcing every product to become a marketplace. Humans should see one clear action. Agents should discover the same capability through a versioned machine-readable schema.
The goal is not to collect more data. It is to let the person or agent creating useful data keep a usable encrypted copy and decide what happens next.
