Apple Snack Squares

## Details - 🍳 Cook time: 35-40 Minutes ## Ingredients - 2 cups sugar - 2 eggs - 3/4 cup vegetable oil - 2.5 cups all purpose flour - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 3 cups diced peeled tart apples - 1 cup chopped walnuts - 3/4 cup chocolate chips ## Directions 1. In a bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and oil and mix well. Stir in flour and cinnamon (batter will be thick). Stir in apples and nuts. Spread into a greased 13in x 9in x 2in baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
